Data protection

Notes on data protection
We attach great importance to the principles of data protection
when we collect, process and use the personal data you provide
when you visit our website. All information you provide will be
protected in accordance with the legal provisions governing data
protection. Below you will find details on the data we gather when
you visit our website, and on how we use that information:

Collection and processing of data
All visits to our website, and any accessing of files stored on the
website, are logged. The storage of such information is undertaken
only for the purposes of internal system procedures and statistical
information. The following information is logged: the name of the
file accessed, date and time of access, data volume transmitted,
report on successful access, web browser and domain seeking
access. The IP addresses of the computers seeking access are also
logged. Additional personal data are only collected where you
provide them voluntarily, e.g. as part of an enquiry or registration
procedure.

Use and release of personal data
Where you have provided us with personal data, we shall use
such data only for the purpose of responding to your enquiries,
to implement any contracts concluded with you, and for technical
administration. Your personal data will be released to third parties,
or otherwise transmitted, only where this is necessary for the
purpose of implementing the contract (in particular the provision
of order data to suppliers), for the purpose of invoicing, or where
you have given your prior consent. You may withdraw your consent
for future transactions at any time. The personal data stored will
be deleted when you withdraw your consent to their storage, when
knowledge of the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for
which their storage was intended, or where storage is inadmissible
on other legal grounds.

Right of information
Upon written request, we shall be pleased to inform you of the
personal data stored in relation to yourself.

Note on security:
We take all possible technical and organizational precautions to
ensure that we store your personal data in such a way that they
cannot be accessed by third parties. However, we are unable to
guarantee 100% data security when communication takes place
via e-mail, and therefore recommend that you send all confidential
information by conventional post.
